All Assisted Reproductive Procedure takes this steps equally important:

I. Preparation Period: The time required to gather all medical and administratve requisits to enter the Assisted Reproductive Program.

1. Medical History summary. Is usually provided by the treating doctor. OB/GYN exam report made during the previous six months to the procedure, which should include mammary glands exploration, OB/GYN Ultrasound and Papanicolaou.

2. Recent hormonal profile report (no more than six months old) done in the third or fifth day of the menstrual cycle (FSH, LH, Estradiol and Prolactin).

3.- Spermogram report or sperm capacity test conducted during the last three months ocurred after two or three days of abstinence.

4.- HIV report exam, Hepatitis B and C from both spouses.

5.- Psychological interview for the couple and group therapy for the pacient.

Administrative requisits:

1.- Identification form properly filled.
2.- Marriage certificate copy.
3.- ID copies of the couple.
4.- Signed letter of consent for the procedure. It is of great importance to this consent signed and delivered before the start administering any drug to the patient.
5.- Signed letter of consent for Cryopreservation in case the couple decide it that way.
